The property easily sleeps 4 people comfortably. This bespoke boutique and duplex apartment has one king size bed upstairs and one full shower room. Up to a 2 people stay is included in the stated price/night; an additional charge applies per each extra guest. At the point of booking, please advise the number of additional guests, up to the maximum occupancy, and a sofa-bed/deluxe air mattress and respective linen will be arranged. If you require travel cot or a high chair for your little one, kindly advise at the time of booking and it will be arranged for you free of charge.
There are 5 apartments at 60 Manchester Road’s property; the Bowdon is situated on the ground and first floor, since it is a duplex; the bedroom is on the first floor and is accessible via internal stairs; the access is from the ground floor, straight ahead from the entrance hall.
There is one parking space, but it is subject to availability*; please ask at the time of booking. If space is available, no further charge is applicable! If you are exploring, then the transport network is extremely accessible. There is a main bus, tram and train station within 12 minutes walk of the property. These services will aid your travel to anywhere in the UK. For local hotspots like Manchester city centre, Manchester United and Manchester City FC, the tram takes around 35 minutes.
The furnishings and fittings are exceptionally high grade and there is Netflix as standard and a strong Wi-Fi facility, all included on the nightly fee. On entry, you’re greeted with a complimentary starter pack comprising of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, biscuits and spring water, and where washer is available, 2 complimentary laundry pods**.
