The Perfect Place to Stay

Space & Flexibility

Each unit offers seating, sleeping, dining areas and fully equipped bathrooms; all units are self-contained and private with its own individual entrance. We operate a self-check in/out. Each unit has sofa(s), flat-screen smart TV, NETFLIX subscription, Wi-Fi, a safety deposit box, hair-dryer, iron and iron board, clothes rack, a well-fitted kitchen, including fridge, oven, washer/dryer, as well as, a kettle and an express coffee machine.

When you book a stay at 60 Manchester Road, there are no added surcharges for using our Wi-Fi, TV, towels or linen. What’s more, when you book directly, you’ll enjoy the best booking rates. We also offer corporate rates upon contact; we currently cater for NHS, medical and engineering professionals, project managers, insurance stays-ins and relocations.

You are not staying in someone else's home; this is a boutique apartment built with the guest in mind. We pride ourselves on a first class service with facilities to match. If you want something special with interior design at its core, then the apartments at 60 Manchester Road will not disappoint. All apartments are bespoke and each offers a slightly different layout, without compromising the comfort and the experience.

We are within walking distance of Altrincham Market, a thriving award winning collection of artisan shops, bars and restaurants. Altrincham has been nominated the official ‘best places to live’ in the UK for the fifth year running by The Sunday Times (2022) and enjoys wonderful schooling for both primary and secondary education.

The main household name supermarkets are available within a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk radius, and a 15 minute walk to the tram station will have you in Manchester City Centre in 35 minutes, with trams offering trips at a 12 minute interval.

We regularly welcome guests from all over the world coming to enjoy football matches at Old Trafford and the Etihad Stadium, both of which are a short tram ride away; other events make a visit worthwhile, too, such as the Manchester 10K marathon, cricket games at Lancashire Cricket Club and the great line up of concerts at Manchester’s nationwide known, first class venues and locations, each year.

Altrincham offers the ideal location and facilities for a weekend break away; one day is not enough to explore all it has available.

A Quick Important Read

Payment of a refundable deposit is required on confirmation of your booking. This is the damage deposit. Payment is taken according to the amount informed at the point of booking, as it varies according to the number of guests; this will be refunded following housekeeping report on exit. Once you pre-book, an email is sent to you to confirm the occupying guests’ ID; you‘ll be asked to send a form of photo identification document for each guest so we can confirm your booking.

From time to time, we update the furniture; whilst it may be different from the photographs and may affect the layout as shown in each apartments’ footprint, the standard will be upheld.

Our apartments have self-check-in using automatic keypad locks. The access code operated by cloud-based software is unique for each booking and remains active throughout the stay. The codes are changed after check-out. 

The guest information book will be provided either on the day of your arrival or the day before, offering essential details to enhance your stay. Between 11 am and 1 pm on the day of your arrival, you will receive the check-in access code details.

Full refund is given when cancellation notice is provided up to 14 days before arrival date; 50% refund offered when notice is given up to 7 days prior to arrival date; no refund is provided if cancellation request falls within the 7 days of arrival date.

There are parking spaces, but parking is subject to availability; please ask/select at the time of booking. If space is available, no further charge is applicable.

Pets? We love them, but due to the nature of our service, we are unable to accommodate our loyal friends.

Our accommodation is child friendly and we provide travel cots and high chair, on request; please ensure you reserve this at the point of booking.

We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar, please contact us; contact details are in the footer of our website.

The check-in is after 2:30pm and check-out is at 10:30am; for a charge, we may accommodate early/late check in/out, schedule permitting; please let us know at the time of booking and we will try our best to accommodate.
